Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Relm, an API-first CRM operated by ASP FZE LLC (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

1. What Relm is

Relm stores contacts, companies, deals and activities and exposes them over a REST API, a Model Context Protocol server and an A2A endpoint, plus a web dashboard. It is designed to be operated by AI agents acting on your behalf.

2. Your account

You need an account to use anything beyond public discovery endpoints. Keep your password and API keys secret - anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you, including by an AI agent you connected. You can revoke a key or disconnect an OAuth client at any time from the dashboard. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think a credential leaked.

One person or company per account. You must be at least 16.

3. Your data stays yours

You keep all rights to everything you put into Relm. You grant us only the narrow licence we need to run the service for you: to store, process, transmit and back up your data.

We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you upload, and for telling the people in your CRM what you are doing with their information, where the law requires that.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Relm to:

• break any law, or store data you have no right to hold;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the automation or sequence features;
• probe, scan or attack the service, or try to reach another customer's data;
• resell or white-label Relm as your own CRM without a written agreement with us;
• deliberately evade quotas or rate limits, including by opening multiple accounts.

On automated use specifically: agents are the point of this product, so heavy API traffic is expected and fine. What is not fine is traffic designed to degrade the service for others. If your usage is causing a problem we will contact you before taking action, unless the problem is severe enough to require acting first.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it.

5. Plans, billing and quotas

The current plans, prices and request quotas are published at relmcrm.com. In summary: a free tier with a monthly request allowance and no card required, and paid plans billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

• Free plans hard-stop when the monthly allowance is used up.
• Paid plans may meter overage at the published per-request rate. You can set a hard spend cap - including zero - from the dashboard or the API, and we will not bill overage above it.
• Test mode is free and unmetered, and test data is deleted automatically after 7 days. It is a sandbox, not storage.

Fees are exclusive of any taxes you owe. Payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, or where we have obviously charged you in error - in which case tell us and we will fix it.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email and on the changelog. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.

6. Cancelling and deletion

Cancel any time from the dashboard; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. To delete your account and its data entirely, email [email protected] - see the privacy policy for what happens to backups.

We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice. If we do that for any reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of what you have prepaid, and you will have that time to export your data through the same API you put it in with.

7. Availability, and what we do not promise

We work to keep Relm available and publish status at relmcrm.com/status, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and there is no service-credit scheme. We will not pretend otherwise: Relm is an early-stage product from a small team.

We may change or remove features. If a change would break your integration, we will give reasonable notice through the changelog and, for anything significant, by email.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. AI agents acting on your behalf

Relm is built to be driven by AI agents. An agent you connect acts as you. If an agent you authorised deletes a record, sends an email through your connected channel, or runs up your quota, that is your action under these terms.

We give you the tools to bound that: soft-delete with restore, a free isolated test mode, a hard spend cap, per-tool annotations telling clients which operations are destructive, and one-click revocation of any connected client. We strongly recommend rehearsing an agent in test mode before pointing it at live data.

9. Third parties you connect

If you connect your own provider - for example a Resend key so automations can send email - your use of that provider is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for their acts or outages.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, even if warned they were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded - including for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and update the date above. Continuing to use Relm after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
